Upkeep cost public calculations, options and purpose will all be listed here.

Failure to Pay Upkeep

Options:

• Nations can take out loans from other countries willing to help them pay the cost.

• Nations can choose the territories they'll lose sovereignty over (the ones they can't afford) and can't passively reclaim that land for 2 weeks.

• Nations have 2 days maximum after the payment deadline to generate the vigor required to upkeep the land. During that time, players can loot the lands, but not grief them.
