😨Cowardice Clause

Takes place only if a nation refuses to fight and continues to run for the purpose of prolonging the conflict to make it undesirable for 7 or more days.

The timer until the Cowardice Clause activates resets after a complete proper battle has occurred.

  • A complete proper battle = clear results (one casualty minimum).

Once the clause is active:

  • The invading country can build inside the nation refusing to fight

    • These builds cannot be griefed or have items stolen from them UNLESS the invaders are expelled

  • The invading country can steal even when the cowering nation's members are not online

  • The invaders MUST be expelled within 3 days (by winning the war through capitulation)

    • If the nation fails to expel the invaders, the invading nation wins the war by default and is unconditionally surrendered to the winning nation

    • The leader of the losing country can be jailed for some time as well depending on the severity of the cowardice

    • For every kill the cowering nation gets on the invading nation (against combatants), the timer to expel the invaders is increased by 1 day (24 hours)

      • If the invading leader does not log in once during the final 24 hours of the Cowardice Clause, the cowering nation can extend the timer for an additional 24 hours for each Control Flag reclaimed and an additional 24 hours for each enemy Control Flag claimed.
